本次会议特点如下：

（1）报告主题多与工程可靠度和风险决策分析相关，注重工程实际应用；

（2）报告主题包含多个前沿研究热点，致力于针对当前工程可靠度、韧性、灾后重建等问题提出可应用的解决方案；

（2）中青年研究学者居多、亚欧学者居多。

在本次会议中，Michael Faber教授获得C. Allin Cornell奖，陈建兵教授被组委会推选为CERRA主席团成员之一。
